WE OFFER STANDARD DELIVERY ON ALL UK ORDERS

All items are made to order. Once payment has been received, your order is immediately processed by our design team, manufactured and packaged just for you. You can expect to receive your item(s) within 4 weeks and up to 6 weeks during busy periods. If you have not received your order a few days after receiving dispatch confirmation, we advise contacting your local Royal Mail depot to see if they are holding the order for you or tracking your item using the Royal Mail website with the tracking number we have for your package. Please note, that orders with more than one item may be delivered separately.

NEXT DAY DELIVERY

Due to the nature of our ethical business and made to order service, we are not able to offer Next Day Delivery.

INTERNATIONAL DELIVERY - We offer Worldwide trackable shipping on orders over £100*

We are able to deliver worldwide using a professional courier, which enables us to constantly track the product. Delivery typically takes up to 10 working days after being dispatched. The delivery charges are fixed at £25 for all countries however, some restrictions may apply.

*Please be aware that orders travelling overseas may incur customs charges/duties requiring payment from the customer. This is standard procedure for individuals importing items such as clothing into a country and are calculated according to the local import regulations in that country. MS CAMPBELL are not responsible for any import taxes a customer may be billed - they do not form part of the shipping charges. Failure to pay such duties will often result in the order being held and destroyed. These customs charges will also be eligible whichever shipping method or courier we use - we therefore will not offer different shipping method to try and avoid charges as this will be unsuccessful.

Unfortunately we are currently unable to send orders to India, Brazil, Russia, Cuba, Indonesia, Syria, Iran, Sudan and South America(PLEASE NOTE THE LIST OF COUNTRIES WE ARE UNABLE TO DISTRIBUTE TO IS SUBJECT TO CHANGE AT ANY TIME) due to their restrictions. Chinese customers please note that we are unable to deliver orders over £100 value to business addresses and cannot be held responsible should customs clearance issues arise as a result of delivering to a work place.
